What Subtractly is
Subtractly is a tool for keeping your own list of paid subscriptions, seeing upcoming charges, and finding the steps to cancel services you no longer want. It runs on your phone; your list is stored only on your phone.
What Subtractly is not
- It is not a cancellation service. We never contact providers on your behalf, never act as your agent, and never guarantee that a cancellation succeeds or that a charge stops.
- It is not a financial, legal or consumer-rights service. The cancellation playbooks are general information, not advice on your specific rights.
- It does not recover money. Amounts shown as "found money" are calculated from what you yourself entered and cancelled; they are your own arithmetic, made visible.
Accuracy
Scanned statements are read by an AI model and the result is always presented as a suggestion for you to confirm. Amounts, dates and cadences may be misread; you confirm every entry before it is saved, and the monthly figures are derived arithmetically from what you confirmed. Nothing in the app is a statement of what you actually owe or will be charged.
Your data
Your subscription list lives only on your device, under your control. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what leaves the device and when. Delete the app or use "Delete all data" and it is gone — there is no server copy.
Subscriptions and payment
The free tier includes the whole core of the app. Subtractly Pro is an optional subscription sold through Google Play Billing, billed monthly, renewing until cancelled in Google Play. The store shows the price in your currency and manages the billing relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the scanning endpoint, extract the service beyond normal app use, or resell the app. The preset catalogue names third-party services for identification only; all marks belong to their owners and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Loadcircle Ltd is not liable for missed cancellations, continued charges, or losses arising from reliance on the app's figures. You remain responsible for your own subscriptions and payments.
